I have a unique and interesting background. I was born in Nigeria and Raised in Zambia (central Africa). Both my parents were Indian and moved to Africa in the 60’s to live and work – they were both Educators. I came to the United States in 1985 and have been here since. I am currently involved in the aviation business so if I sometimes go off on a tangent regarding aircraft and aviation forgive my indulgence.

As a child I was Fascinated by world geography and having a father that was a Geography teacher helped. As a family we travelled quite a bit within Africa. The travel bug really kicked in the early 2000.s So far I am at 40 plus countries.

My previous career and profession was not conducive to travel, How ever I am now a business owner and self employed and this has allowed me the opportunity to travel.

Most of my initial travel was planned by travel agencies and travel agents – to avoid problems and make everything convenient. As time went by I have organized my ow travel and been able to guide and work with agents – by educating myself on the country.
